1. Agreement
By using this website or ordering from KAIS Automotive you accept these terms. They are governed by the laws of Kenya, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Prices shown on the site are indicative until confirmed in writing (including by WhatsApp) by our team.
3. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it and receive any agreed deposit. Special-order and imported parts may require full payment in advance.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. We will keep you updated if a delay occurs.
5. Returns and warranty
- Unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 14 days, except special-order or electrical items once fitted.
- Manufacturer warranties apply where stated. Workmanship on KAIS builds is covered for the period in your build agreement.
6. Fitment
We verify fitment against the vehicle details you provide. Please supply accurate VIN and model details — we are not liable for incorrect parts ordered from inaccurate information.
7. Accounts
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently.
8. Liability
Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
9. Privacy
Our use of your data is described in the Privacy Notice.
